Pros

Pretty good health benefits, free coffee, and monthly breakfast tacos or donuts. There's an occasional happy hour. If you are young, don't mind traveling, and switching projects every few months, then it may be good for you. I gained quite a bit of experience here.

Cons

Depending on your skill level, you may have an easier time there if you are senior or higher.

Some projects may work you like slaves, with daily 8:30 morning meetings and weekend work.

Sometimes you are treated like a machine; management doesn't care about you personally.

Job security is uncertain; you can be on the bench, shipped to another state, or let go at any time.

They give you laptops, that's it. No desktop, no mouse, sometimes no monitors.

By the way, there's no bonus, and they give few higher-ups promotions, like 5% every few years.

So, whatever salary they give you, that's probably the salary you're going to have for a long time.
