I attended through a campus interview and did well in the entire interview process, but at last, they hired only girls from my college. So why waste the students' time?

They came to our college, and then 3 rounds were held. The first round was an online test which consisted of aptitude questions. The second was a coding round, and the third was a communication round, and the last was an interview.
