Pros

Great work culture, although it varies from project to project. Expect some sort of politics in some projects.

Good benefits, including bonus, maternity leaves, internet/WFH reimbursements, lunch parties, and certification reimbursements.

Great opportunity to learn and grow, with numerous mind-blowing projects and assistance in developing your skillset.

Skill change opportunity.

Cons

Skill change opportunity: Projects will ask for experience on a new skill before onboarding you. You might face a hard time there.

Every organization comprises different kinds of people. Be aware of politics on some projects.

Growth for its own employees is not lucrative, but when they hire, they can offer nice pay.

Onsite opportunities are less.

The onshore vs. offshore gap is amply clear.

Learning: You will have to do it in your personal time. Sometimes that can be hectic.

Advice to Management

Be open to vividness.

Differences of opinion should be taken sportingly.

Technical and behavioral learning should be for all, not just junior staff.
