Good growth and hikes development with skills.
None as I have observed in Accenture.
Researched the company, practiced common questions, wore my best suit, answered confidently, asked insightful questions, received positive feedback, learned a lot, and felt more prepared for the next one. It was an easy process, but a long process.
It was a campus visit by Accenture, and they came to our college. Somehow, I got an interview. I had 6 rounds of interview, but in the HR round, I was not able to do quite well, so I was not shortlisted.
HR related questions like "Tell me about yourself," your strengths and weaknesses, and project-related questions were asked. They also asked me to ask any doubts I had. I asked some questions, and the interview was completed.
