Good work environment and teams, but work long hours with no compensation
Supervisor constantly provides a lot of guidance throughout the job.
Have a 'counsellor' scheme, which is very helpful to get career advice.
Less politics, and more of a friendly and flat work environment.
Travel expenses included.
- Work long hours (12+ per day), while most of the time without overtime compensation.
- Salary is relatively low compared to companies in a similar industry.
- The technology used is quite outdated, so the skills developed there cannot be transferred when applying for other companies.
Better management work-life balance, and including OT compensation would be nice.
