There are many good projects out there with lots to learn.
Unmatched brand in the market.

Workload is increasing day by day. The management is getting very eager to make profits. In this process, they are ignoring the employees. I have been overworked many times. It's now reaching my frustration limit.

Onsite opportunities depend on politics only.

High variable pay component (20% at my level).

HRs are only present to scare and torture employees and go by the side of the management.

Many employee-friendly processes are nonexistent.
There's no use advising them. They already know the problems.
Many employees have already spoken out.
It's only the profits that they look at, always.
