1. Workload is increasing day by day. The management is getting very eager to make profits. In this process, they are ignoring the employees. I have been overworked many times. It's now reaching my frustration limit.

2. Onsite opportunities depend on politics only.

3. High variable pay component (20% at my level).

4. HRs are only present to scare and torture employees and go by the side of the management.

5. Many employee-friendly processes are nonexistent.

There's no use advising them. They already know the problems.
