If you are lucky enough to get a good project, you will enjoy it. It all depends on the DU you are working with.

You will get enough opportunity to go for team outings, both at the team level as well as at the DU level.

This company is paying so much attention to keeping its brand name visible to outsiders, but not doing anything internally.

HR has very little power and they are there just for namesake. Everything is in the hands of your supervisor. You should engage in more sycophancy than work to sustain yourself.

This company has core values, but they are just for show. I have seen employees being literally abused by their supervisors, but HR still does not do much.

Nowadays, this company fires a lot of people, but in a very smart way. To protect its brand name, they put more employees on PIP than those who truly deserve it, and ensure that PIPs are cleared by any means necessary.

Also, office timings are longer than in any other IT company.

Please do look out for the concerns of junior resources and don't blindly believe in everything which a supervisor says.
