Pros

Not much work, less competition (only if you consider this a pro). Work from home, Decent policies, Good hike in comparison to other service-based MNCs.

Cons
  • Not good for technical learning.
  • They hardly have any development work; more or less every project will be a support one.
  • Most of the mid-level staff are 10-20 year employees of Accenture who prefer to treat the company as some government department. Neither do they want to learn something new, nor will they appreciate others doing that.
  • No logical process to judge performance.
Advice to Management

Try to identify employees who are showing potential to grow, and promote them to learn and grow.

And most importantly, your mid-level management is just there because of the number of years on their resume. You should teach them that experience is not about having a long career.
