The interview process at Accenture typically involves an online application, resume screening, and an online assessment. Successful candidates progress to phone or video interviews with recruiters, followed by technical interviews for relevant roles.

The interview was telephonic and lasted for around 40-50 minutes. The interviewer was good at listening and even prompted on difficult questions. They weren't going in-depth and asked about the current project I am working on.

Round 1 was an MCQ test online. Round 2 was a live coding interview. Round 3 was a tech round where they covered questions from my previous project experience. Round 4 was a cultural fit and CTC discussion.
