Online CV selection, followed by a group and personal interview. They might then have an HR round. Sometimes a group discussion also happens, depending on the volume of candidates.

The process itself is easy, but the fact that we can't apply for other posts makes it a difficult and horrible experience. They haven't taken down the LinkedIn post either, and if we try to apply, it says the post is not available.
