Best for career growth with a good package
Good career growth, which I have observed.
There is nothing to say.
It defers project to project how management will be. I have awesome experience with management but am not sure about others. Yah, just one thing I need to say: please give some respect to the new joiners. I have observed that some senior people in the team don't know how to give respect to new joiners and how to behave. Don't forget you were at their level too.
But I love this organization for its work culture, career growth, good learning platform for freshers, good management level, etc. Thank you, Accenture, for giving me the first taste of independence!!
