I spent 4 years here. Joined as a fresher.
Pros:
- Job security is there. The environment is relaxed as well.
- Hikes and promotions happen if you do a good job and are highlighted with management. Mid-year hikes and promotions also occur sometimes.
- Onsite opportunities are also available.
Cons:
- Changing projects internally is a challenge.
- You have to be in contact with your manager and management to get a good hike at year-end. Just doing your work is not enough here.
- You will never get full variable pay. It will be a maximum of 60-70% unless you get a promotion or you are a distinct achiever in your area.
Give more hikes to employees internally than importing resources from outside.
