Lots of politics. Don't expect a Team Lead or manager to help with anything technical. Above them, they do their job but have no time to listen to your concerns. I got timely promotions on-site because of my work, but there are many who don't. Now they have brought in crap management from Infosys, Wipro, TCS...who work on the Indian model...and this organization is a gone case now.
Improve your middle management, especially from Team Lead till Manager. Whole day, they either read news, surf the internet, or are busy with politics. Just pass a circular stating there will be a written technical test and that those who can't clear it will be fired. Half of them will have to leave. Half of them are crap!
