- Service and client-based culture.
- Work depends on project to project.
- New technologies are implanted.
- Regular training sessions.
- Good for new joiners.
- Onsite opportunities.
- Higher management is not that effective.
- Biased people.
- TL and above are helping, but they themselves look helpless.
- Honest and laborious work won't affect if you don't have a good reputation with your managers.
- Feedback from junior resources is not entertained.
- Too much politics, rather I would say excessive politics.
- The whole system needs scrutiny.
Stop being blind and look what's happening under your nose.
