Workplace, transport and other facilities
I don't know about other projects, but in our project, they draw the hell out of you. At the end of the day, you feel weak, and you spend at least 10-11 hours per day. That's how hectic it is, and there's no proper team bonding, too.
It should be much, much more employee-friendly. Few managers are worthy, and for some, I don't know how they have been hired or are able to scale to manager level.
