The policies and rules depend on the project you are in and the managers you have. Pretty flexible. Good environment and culture.
The work is not satisfactory or challenging enough. The skills are allotted to you alphabetically without taking into account your skills or interests. That really is not what is expected of such a big MNC.
Please give some challenging work to your employees. I am not aware of other offices, but IDC has these problems. A lot of people I know are actually frustrated with the kind of work they have got to do.
