Good Fresher Start, Less Work
It's a good start being a fresher. I would advise people to go for it. I got in through campus selections, and it was pretty easy.
People should be given more work, and few are put on the bench, though it is such a well-known organization.
Talent should be given credit and proper guidance would inspire freshers to be more productive.
