1. No strict tracking of login hours, unlike other service-based companies. Just finish the tasks assigned to you.

2. Good work culture. Employees are very friendly.

3. Free transportation for normal shifts. You will rarely get this in any other service-based MNCs.

1. Variable pay policy is very, very bad. They tell you 0-15% variable pay, but I've never gotten above 8%. Lateral joiners, please be aware of this worst policy. You might feel cheated after joining the company.

2. Managers are not very approachable, but this again differs from project to project.

3. Past 2-3 years' hikes have been very poor.

4. No work-from-home policy.

Please be very clear and transparent on your variable pay policy. Encourage and provide opportunities for employees to learn new skills. My learning slide shows won't work out.
