- Good projects (also depends on luck)
- Good hikes
- Variable depends on management
- Good work culture (Bangalore I worked for)
- Managers are helpful
- Free shuttle and transportation
- Work from home option
- Good work life balance
- Formals 4 days a week.
- Campus facilities are not that good (except BDC 7 & 11 in Bangalore).
- Some projects have too much influence from managers.
