Very friendly work environment.
Specially for women, they have many policies to help them in their situations.
Talent is not recognized; politics happen for promotions. Favoritism happens during hikes.
This is very demotivating for freshers who join without an engineering degree. If you have more experience, they will still keep you at an entry level. People who joined my batch with engineering are earning very well, and we are still struggling to move to the next level.
Please appreciate everyone equally. The qualification of education is not more important than experience and talent. Please find them and recognize them.
