Totally depends on the project you are assigned to. I was assigned to a project which had lots of onsite opportunities.
But again, too much politics in the project. If you are good with management, you get good things. No point taking things to HR notice, as it goes to the same management.
Good company and a good interview process, which initiated quick results and response. There were three rounds of interview process and average questions, so we can clear the interview and assessment with good practice.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. The process was online. They conducted 3 rounds of online assessments from which people got shortlisted for interviews, and they were decent as they went into your project experience and tech stack.
Online round: MCQs on tech and verbal. If passed, the coding round will start automatically (at least 2/3 programs should be solved). Next and last is the interview. After completing the coding round, tech+HR will be conducted in the same interview.
