All your life depends on the projects you get. If you're trapped in some bad projects, you will struggle a lot to come out of them. There is no value for your effort and knowledge. Everyone would be on the same sinking ship. You will have to work more on your visibility than knowledge.
We need to have a lower to higher feedback process as well.
