Too much favoritism.
Top management sucks and supports the wrong people. No value or support for honest developers.
Always encourages wrong people for wrong reasons.
A true hell!
Please learn something from your mistakes. Stop repeating mistakes and do justice to honest people, rather than supporting people for wrong reasons.
