The only pro I find at Accenture is that it is a very organized company.

Not employee friendly.

Capacity planning is the worst. A developer could be put into a support project.

Worst company to join if you are a fresher. This company does not care about your background and can put you in any support project (even an L1 role).

As soon as one has worked for 2 years, it is advisable to move out from the company, as the hike would be less than 5% on average.

There is a lot of politics involved in projects, and regionalism is favored.
