Work ethics & compliance are given utmost importance.
Compensation & pay. Cannot choose the project/domain you'd like to work in.
The only advice would be to give on-sight opportunities to beginners as well, if their efforts are extraordinary.
The middle management (TLs, AMs, etc.) are not as professional as the higher management in terms of recognition, awards, etc. Please correct this.
One request is that the team, in lower levels as well, should be given an opportunity to provide feedback and ratings of their managers, and not just the other way around.
