I've joined as an Associate Software Engineer. Accenture is very strict about the joining job location, particularly for associate-level employees. They don't have any choice but to accept the offer and join in the given location.

Software Engineer
The interview was 20-30 minutes. Most questions were asked from the resume. General questions about projects were also asked. Conflict management, projects done in groups, and clubs participated in were also discussed.

The process was very smooth, starting from the aptitude test which is taken on the Cocubes platform up till the interview. The second round was the speaking assessment. That was also pretty easy. You just have to listen carefully and answer.

Round 1 was an MCQ test online. Round 2 was a live coding interview. Round 3 was a tech round where they covered questions from my previous project experience. Round 4 was a cultural fit and CTC discussion.
