Depends on project teams. Excellent work-life balance.
If you get into projects where you handle them individually, then it's a nightmare.
Very poor HR policy and rude behavior.
No response and no appreciation.

No hike for 3 years.
Variable pay is too high and is not paid to the employee at all. Very little amount is paid even though you work hard.
Change HRs.
Advise them to speak politely with employees and not to treat them as servants.
