Work flexibility, high standards, HR/FIN policy. It's a high-growth company with lots of opportunities to grow. It works on all the latest technology and gives unlimited access to the required knowledge base. There are regular technology sessions to update us on new learning and strengthen our existing skills.
Lesser facility infrastructure compared to other companies. Feels that there is less infrastructure like a recreation center/sports room. The food in the cafeteria is not up to the standard.
