I spent almost 29 months with Accenture. I started as an ASE and quit the firm at the level of a Senior Programmer (SE).
The following are the pros about Accenture:
- Amazing work culture
- Work-life balance
- Talented and diverse peer group
Though it may vary from project to project, the following are the areas with a scope of improvement for Accenture:
- Better communication between the supervisor and the employee.
- More transparent feedback system.
- The 'Core Values' should actually be applied at a ground level.
The grievances trigger from the grassroots level. A microanalysis is required to address the issue before it grows further.
