It is good at Accenture as a fresher, and the facilities they provide. But the chance to get good work all depends on your luck. They have a vast array of clients.
It would be bad if you are on the bench, as you wouldn't get variable pay. Also, you wouldn't do technical development on the bench, but just training.
Make sure bench people also get internal projects to work on at the bench and they don't feel that they are idle, only doing training.
