Good Balance, Low Pay
- Great international clients in multiple domains.
- Good work-life balance.
- Internal learning system is really good.
- Good short-term onsite opportunities.
- Poor compensation as compared to product-based companies.
- Not much presence in northern India, so people from the North have to stay away from families.
Give more compensation since prices are increasing everywhere in India, even for basic commodities. Shift some of the projects to the Gurgaon office.
