Honestly, it all depends on the project you are assigned to and the domain your project works in.
You gain experience in hosting client calls and meetings. Gain technical knowledge in the tool you are working. Build contacts if you wish to stick to the organization in the long run. An international working experience which will be valued all over the globe.
Some projects have immense work pressure, while you can see your colleagues enjoying their working hours due to a lack of workload in their projects. To make it even worse, you learn that they are getting paid the same or maybe even more, with extra allowances, which unfortunately your project won’t be providing, and you can do nothing about it.
I guess you just can’t do anything about that.
They have to work it out to make it fair for everyone and not just make it easy for a few lucky people.
