Worst experience and zero work-life balance
I couldn’t find any relevant pros; only negatives.
Too much politics and discrimination.
Opportunities are given to people who linger around managers. Stressful work without proper KT and assistance. They force people to serve notice period even when you are on the bench and assign some monotonous document work on the bench as well. Eventually, no quality work and no work-life balance.
