Good organization, but work culture and working hours will increase based on the project. Sometimes work-life balance will be missed.
It's better if management takes action to close the gaps between senior and junior employees to reach deliverables properly. Make a good relationship with employees to achieve targets in a smooth manner with customers and clients also.
Management needs to take this seriously to avoid conflicts between the work assigned by senior and junior employees. Better communication will lead to better productivity in all perspectives.
