A place to meet many people and gain exposure and experience.
Good helpline and system support. A safe place to work.
It is a little difficult to get approval for access to new skill experience if taken for similar projects. More boundaries are needed between personal and professional life if working from home. Time management can be improved in such cases. The 360-degree feedback system for colleagues working at all levels should be improved.
