Was one of the best places to work in the service industry. Would have been 4 stars if not for these changes.
In the past year, a lot has changed.
Policies are being changed to degrade the standard. Swipe in, swipe out. Increment cycle change. Possible scrapping of the mid-year cycle. Minimum number of years at a particular level to be eligible for promotion. Becoming more like any Indian company than a global one. Bleh, bleh, bleh.
Please stop converting Accenture into Infy/TCS 2.0.
You are killing the Accenture way and style.
