I joined Accenture as a fresher, and I can say it's a good company to start your career.
There were no cuts in hikes. There were loads of extra activities and events to showcase your talent.
You'll be really lucky to get development work here. It's mostly support work.
Your hikes and promotions depend on your manager and project budget, even if you do a great deal of hard work.
