Great hikes, very approachable management. Job security, lots of options like working from home, half-yearly bonus.
Very Stringent HR Policies.
If joined as a fresher, then no option to choose your preferred skill. Ridiculous skill allotment policies (alphabetically assigned!). If you are lucky, then you might be placed in a good skill. Later on, skill change is nearly impossible.
HR policies are made to make employees' lives easier, not to suffocate them. Please relax them a little.
