Appraisals have been reduced to once a year from twice a year. Most of the joinings are in Bangalore (9-10 offices in Bangalore only). Too many employees, not much recognition, poor pay, and poor onshore opportunities.
Accenture should reduce power vested in managers for appraisal, try more of a 360 appraisal.
