Good work ethics and a good work culture. The top management have it good there.
If you are joining for a higher position, then Accenture will be pretty decent to you.
The India delivery center has to improve a lot in terms of employee bonuses. If you're joining as a fresher, be prepared for some dissatisfaction in terms of employee benefits.
