Good exposure, but difficult to learn what you wish
Great place for freshers. You get good hikes compared to service companies. Brand name. Great learning. Good exposure towards different skills, though it totally depends on the project.
No work-life balance. Management keeps pushing to stretch.
Stiff policies are becoming shackles for employees at the end of the day.
You don't get to change your skills easily. You need to fight very hard to get into something you are good at.
Organizational and turf politics.
The statement "People Don't Leave Bad Companies, They Leave Bad Managers/Supervisors" best suits here.
Appreciate people who actually deserve recognition, instead of going after favorites.
