Nice work culture. Best place for a family man. Employee feels safe. No distinction based on location, language, etc. (compared to other Bangalore companies). Care for the employees and their security.
Salary is not good – it can't be compared with other companies.
Appraisals are not always balanced. They will be done only when they feel that you may quit and you are necessary for the project.
Leadership in projects is not always good.
Highest attrition rate, due to the above factors. Hard work is not always appreciated or valued.
If you are planning to move to Accenture, look out for the variable pay system. It may include up to 25% of your total salary. So, negotiate well or ask them how much the VP is before signing anything.
