Managers are very helpful when in need. Good hikes and very good management. Got to learn very good skills from peers. All the employees helped me in developing my career. Relocation to a desired city is the best option they provide.
When you don't like working on a project, shifting from that project was really difficult for me.
Office culture really depends on the manager of the project; luckily, I haven't had a bad one.
Work-life balance may not be good for underperforming employees.
The company was employee-friendly a few years ago, but these days it's imposing a lot of constraints on employees in India. Due to this, many employees are shifting companies.
