My experience at Accenture has been like one at any other government job in India
Great work-life balance, employee friendly, with lots of events and extracurricular activities to engage with. Hikes are better than other Indian mass companies like Infosys, Wipro, and the likes.
Since it's a service-based company, there's not much to work from scratch on some product development, and nothing much to learn or gain experience, especially if you join as a fresher. There's no scope of growth.
Deploy new and innovative technologies at work instead of being old school.
