- Good learning experience.
- Promotion from ASE to SE is almost guaranteed within a year.
The normal working hours at Accenture are 10 hours, and they monitor it. There is no work-life balance. There is too much politics. The take-home salary is very low when compared to the projected CTC in the offer.
Please review your working shift time. It's way too much!
