- Brand value, job security.
- Plenty of projects for any named skill, facilitating technical growth.
- Decent budget for fun activities, team outings, etc.
• No option to choose the primary skill for freshers. • Lack of flexibility with respect to shift timings and job location. • Appraisal ratings depend more on impression on supervisor, months at level, budget, etc., rather than on actual performance, which is one of the last criteria considered. • Lack of onsite opportunities.
- Give more weightage to employee performance.
- Give credible reasons for the rating given to an employee; don't cook up random policies to explain.
