When a client is not happy with their (Accenture employees') performance, which includes technical design and deliverables, then how come promotions are given to the team lead, architects, and managers only?
They had just one job, which they couldn’t do well, and got promoted. As a result, junior employees received low hikes – 0%, 3%, or even 1%.
Senior managers are not taking any actions, just talk.
HRs are super rude (especially Bangalore and Hyderabad). It's better not to deal with them. They act as if you are a miser and question how a small-level employee has the audacity to talk to them.
There is no transparency in processes, which leaves more room for manipulation. If you polish their shoes, they may favor you. Talent prevails only on rare occasions.
