Good company to start a career in Software Engineering. It has very good ethics and values, which I like apart from the work I did. Wide opportunities to choose from.
Having the common disadvantage of working in a big company, work is not so visible, so are recognition and rewards. Sometimes, you can get into monotonous work.

Round 1 was an MCQ test online. Round 2 was a live coding interview. Round 3 was a tech round where they covered questions from my previous project experience. Round 4 was a cultural fit and CTC discussion.
