Long working hours during the production and development phases at times. Though after adopting Agile, it came under control.
You should be lucky to get a good manager.
Don't roll people off to benches; try to hook them up in some way or another. Being on the bench for a longer time isn't the employee's fault, though such cases are few.

First round: MCQ, Aptitude and Verbal reasoning. Then one Technical Round and HR Round. Basic JAVA, SQL, Aptitude, and Reasoning (questions were asked on OOPS concepts mainly). It was an online exam, so it was very smooth.
